Mapping

With some funding support from Scottish Forestry we have added Mapping. Our Business Directory now has this lovely view. So nice to see lots of lovely wood businesses already on there.

Your location can be set independently of your business address so you can choose to show your accurate yard location, or set it to be the general area from which you do business, e.g. a nearby town or village. Just log into your account and set a location on “Your Business” page.

To help people find wood local to them you can also now set a location for your listings. People searching for wood or jobs can search within a chosen distance from their postcode. This makes our saved search functionality much more powerful.
